Delete your BoldWords account
How to ask
Send an email to admin@nexellara.com with the subject "Delete my BoldWords account". Tell us one of these, so we can find your account:
- your player ID. If you opened this page from the app (Settings, then "Delete my account"), it is shown below and already in the email;
- or, if you signed in with Google, the email address of that Google account;
- or the name other players see.

What is deleted
Within 30 days we delete your player record and everything linked to it: your progress, coins, hints, daily results, duel and race results, your name, your reminder settings and notification tokens. If you signed in, we also delete your Firebase sign-in account. We reply by email once it is done.
What may be kept
Nothing that is linked to you. Anonymous usage and crash statistics held by Google for a limited time are not linked to your name or your account.
